Error while installing Biztalk Server 2004 from an ISO image

Some dll files may be missing from the files extracted from the ISO image from MSDN Library

For whole of the day I ws busy installing Biztalk and its family of prerequisites on my home PC. I was using the ISO Image downloaded from the MSDN Library. I was using the ISOBuster for extractiong the files. While installing the same the installer throws an error that some of the dll are missing...

There are two tracks in for the ISO file in the software. Do extract the files from the second track as well and run the setup again... This will solve the problem.

Meeting with Cally Ko...

Its always been great talking to Cally Ko, MVP Regional Director for Asia Pacific and Greater China Region. First time I met Cally in MVP Summit at Goa. Its a great initiative on the part of Cally and MS that some one is flying all over to keep the things connected and get going. This time Cally told some useful things about the MVP program and introduced some new progams like Community Alliance.

Here's the pic of all B'Lore MVPs with Cally.

And all of us at the dinner table with Cally...

My First Blog...

I have been reading all those blogs from all those people from quite some time. Its all techy stuff and thats how the name goes for blog as well .NET...is that all. But I think there is more to it. I can still recall the time, it was october 2002 when I got a call from Kunal Sikka and he explained me all about the UGs. Half the way down I made up my mind to go for it, and he went on and on to explain more about it. Then one fine day Gaurav with a few friends visited my office and thats how Chandigarh .NET Users Group was born. That was the time when I felt the first smell of .NET

Since then it been only .NET in my life. From the City Beautiful to the City of Gardens its been a good experience with .NET.

Its my life ... .NET
